traditional Chinese school (gong = skill), of activating the life force \u2013 Qi, by certain breathing and movement processes. Qigong has been practiced in China for centuries to maintain health and for self-healing. Among the rows of thousands of Qigong methods are the so-called internal martial arts Tai Chi Chuan, which &#8211; to defeat the opponent, Qi &#8211; are deployed instead of physical force, agility, or speed. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Our Tai Chi \/ Qigong course is about slow movement sequences, which, by stimulating the Chi flow, regulate circulation and muscle tension. It is a training for body, spirit, and soul, which harmonizes energy and brings it back into flow.
