About Qi Gong
Qigong is the traditional Chinese school (gong = skill), of activating the life force – Qi, by certain breathing and movement processes. Qigong has been practiced in China for centuries to maintain health and for self-healing. Among the rows of thousands of Qigong methods are the so-called internal martial arts Tai Chi Chuan, which – to defeat the opponent, Qi – are deployed instead of physical force, agility, or speed.
Our Tai Chi / Qigong course is about slow movement sequences, which, by stimulating the Chi flow, regulate circulation and muscle tension. It is a training for body, spirit, and soul, which harmonizes energy and brings it back into flow. Specific body-, breathing-, and visualizing exercises, targeted at enhancing physical and spiritual well-being, improve concentration ability and strengthen the immune system.
